If you’re innapropriate on Club Penguin Moderators will ban you for 24-72-to even forever depending on how innapropriate you were. Who created Club Penguin? now this a question that is asked a lot. A lot of people think it is a penguin named Billybob, and some people think it’s a penguin named Icy Fresh2. The real answer is Billybob. Club Penguin is definately a safe environment for kids.
